I won three prizes for the SunnyFit app gold metal New Year’s Resolutions contest this week! They really send awards won with fitness points on the free app! I have asthma and a heart murmur so I must do fitness very slowly like one mile per hour. Yet slow and steady win the race. The little bracelet I was not surprised they sent me for free, but the bike cadence sensor was really nice and also free! My podcast review is this is the best fitness app on the Internet. #Winforfree
