    Hacked Chapter 2

    By Andrea Menzies

I got hacked this week, and can’t be reached well. Turns out there’s things called RAT viruses called Remote Access Trojan computer viruses. It is why you don’t want to click on strange e-mail links, and strange text messages links, but also they can do Remote Access over the phone in a call as well. Thanks to all the people who called, and mailed me many repair fix ideas. Unfortunately revoking access, reinstalled Windows, and returns to default settings all did not work, my computer is still crashed, and I am going to be offline on my computer a bit. The scammers are evil at making scams seem realistic, and faked being trusted workers at my school. I will never trust workers claiming to be my school again no matter how trustworthy they claim to be as some of them are disgruntled human sewage. I will change all my passwords this week in addition.

*Note it was not fake workers pretending to be University of Phoenix. It was their real workers, called from their real hotline on their real logged in website that gained remote access, and put 15 spyware viruses on my computer crashing it which virus protection had marked clean right before the call.

    2025 Magdalena Bay Show

    By Andrea Menzies

One of my favorite friends Eugene who is Zorak303 on Instagram visited from out of town this weekend. We went to see Magdalena Bay at the National, and lines were wrapped around the block. Then we went to the famous taco restaurant Gwar Bar nearby, and talked about New Orleans in modern day. Eugene and I hung out after a Gwar show at House of Blues when I lived in New Orleans so history came full circle at that moment. I was really stressed out about going back to get a Master’s degree at night school, and so I was really happy to have a friend visit cheer me up. Here are some highlights from the show. My review is the band is great!

*Note I never go out in Richmond anymore because of the many non-stop horrible experiences I have had there and exclusively go out in Maryland. For Eugene I made the very rare exception.

Outside the National Eugene and Andrea.
    Huge lines at the National.
    Logo at the National.
    Bathrooms at the National.
    Amazing light show.
More amazing show at the National.
Even more lights at the show.
What happened to make them put this sign up?
The National looks great from outside, but like all Richmond it has horrible problems underneath the surface. What is up with the nightmare toilet?
    Fancy show walls.
    End of show super costumes.
The crowd goes wild at the show end.
The crowd goes even more wild for a David Bowie cover song.
Gwar Bar has tacos and nachos that are amazing. In addition the band Gwar put funny costumes all over the walls from their music tours. Eugene and I hung out after a Gwar show when I lived in New Orleans.

  • 2025 Trip To DC To Protest Healthcare Funding Cuts

2025 Trip To DC To Protest Healthcare Funding Cuts

    By Andrea Menzies

I went to Washington DC to protest healthcare cuts, and join future political protesting. America is not “left wing” or “right wing” now it is “Clown Car On Fire Wing” metaphorically speaking. The media says Americans are not protesting, but they are just not covering much of it. I hate Trump’s government. It is crushing women’s healthcare back to medieval times and this is why I am joining the Feminist Alliance Women’s March. American people must use our rights to protest before they are taken away. I stayed in hotels and traveled hours as I also wanted to see more peak bloom cherry trees, and panda bears at the zoo in addition to protest. However I got COVID right before traveling, and I have had asthma since birth so it destroyed my right to political protesting in many ways. This will not be my last try at protest and travel. I have hated Richmond, VA with every ounce of my soul since the year I stepped foot here as the town only has raping, beating, ugly, and abusive men to date. I had many long term relationships in other towns, and the lack of companionship is agony. Now I have even more reasons to leave for political protesting needs. As the photos prove I will travel hours to escape the nightmare happening in the world around me.

    Anne’s Birthday

    By Andrea Menzies

Happy Birthday to Anne Brockett! She is having a landmark birthday party for her 80th today. This is why I had to drive around to the airport so much this week. It was for the many trips for our out-of-town family. We had many restaurant dinners for both Mexican fajitas, and also Chinese food. Tonight was one of the cake parties with candles. The clean-up will be wild.

    First Month Phoenix

I made all A grades in my first month as a University of Phoenix Master’s Degree student in the Masters of Education program. I have been planning on enrolling for years, but my student loans were blocked. Also it is intimidating going to school as an adult, and juggling my teaching day job with night school. This is why I went to online school as it is organized well for working adults. Thankfully, the conflict is resolved and school is going well this month. I enjoy having real challenges for the year.

P.S. : There will be no podcast this week due to massive homework exhaustion. The final exam all nighters have been epic.

  • More Epic Snow

    More Epic Snow

    By Andrea Menzies

More epic snow has hit today in Virginia causing iced roads, power outages, and Internet outages. Meanwhile my Texas and Louisiana friends are having some dancing pool parties and great concert nights creating epic home sickness in me for less cold areas I called home. I normally hate Virginia, but this week I dream of leaving Virginia every hour of the day.
