    The Shooting Part 2

       At long last the news gave a tiny bit of coverage to the shooting I saw. The shooter opened fire on a large group, but was only going for one guy. He injured, but did not kill the victim. Sadly there are SO MANY horrible things going on in the world right now the news can’t give long coverage to EVERY story daily. They only have a half-hour per night so we do not see every beating, rape, shooting, and other crime activity cops are called on in a week.

       I am just glad to know why it was a thing. It was done in front of many people in a very public setting. I had no way of knowing who or what he was really trying to shoot. Sitting around and watching the shooting may have cost me my life if he WAS shooting all the people at the club.

    This week my family is obsessed with the Anne of Green Gables inspired show called “Anne with an E” on Netflix. I just found out Green Gables is real, and now we want to visit the museum there.

    Nightmare Before Christmas Car Lights! If you wanted to know what it was like to drive in an Andrea Uber car, it is Karaoke with disco lights in my car all the way! I will also let you play your I-Phone music on my car’s radio! Some people want the disco car! Unless you say to shut up with that, and I will play a low FM music upon request. Read the riders, and let them have a party car if they want it.  ! Uber chat forums say lights help for tips, and so I am going to give it a try!

  • Bars Reopened

    The bars in Virginia have re-opened! As a person who drives for Uber between jobs my wallet thanks the bars for the re-open. So many calls!

  • Travel Delays

    Looks like my trip to Texas in July to promote books is going to be on delay. Texas just re-closed due to the pandemic, and many of my friends that normally let me stay on the sofa on the way to Texas are afraid to have guests due to coronavirus. I will try again in August when I can save up more hotel cash. Oh well absence makes the heart grow fonder!
