So true! The funny thing is eggs are expensive, but chicken hot dogs and nuggets are the same old price.

I thank the heavens I never voted for Trump, and voted against him.

  • Episode 2 Season 1 – The Super Bowl

Episode 2 Season 1 – The Super Bowl

By Andrea Menzies Episode 2 Season 1 – The Super Bowl Every week the FH7publishing.com book club recomends a good book on a subject. This week’s book has the full title “The Super Bowl: Football’s Game of the Year” by Matt Scheff part of The Big Game Lerner Sports. It is available for $8.31 on Amazon as a kindle book and is worth the money. Every year at the end of the football season the top teams in the NFL battle for the Vince Lombardi Trophy. It has amazing half time shows and hilarious TV commercials. This book has amazing football trivia. It includes the chapters Comeback Magic, Facts at a Glance, The Big Game, Greatest Moments, Clutch Performers, and Super Bowl Culture. My favorate trivia point was the quote: “In 2013, the lights went out at the Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana, during the Super Bowl. It took 34 minutes to get them back on.” It even has a photo of Barack Obama watching the Super Bowl with 3D glasses on in 2009. This podcast is recorded in February 9, 2025 yet in another year the Superbowl happened at the New Orleans Superdome in 2013, but with a far more troubled set-up. My mom and daughter had a Super Bowl party at my mom’s house that I went to watch. “I’ve been there! I’ve been there!” I said about one million time as I watched the Super Bowl and pre-game shows set in New Orleans. My University degree I use for teaching is from Loyola University New Orleans, and I lived just a few miles away from the Superdome, and French Quarter in my own apartment for many years. I used to bike around the areas they showed on TV every week for student meet-ups. My Uncle Patrick Brockett was a University Professor at Tulane University, and I got discounts to go to school in that area. It was very fun to see a reminder of old times past. It was also good to see the area bounce back after the tragic bombing that happened there earlier this year. New Orleans is a town that is symbolic of creativity and individuality since before there was a United States of America, and so it is often a target to controlling and repressed American people. I give the book 5 out of 5 stars as it is a fun and colorful read. Tune in next week for more book reviews and recommendations. • Episode 1 Season 1 – Vegetarian Ketogenic

    Episode 1 Season 1 – Vegetarian Ketogenic

By Andrea Menzies Episode 1 Season 1 – Vegetarian Ketogenic Today is 02/02/2025 the special Groundhog Day podcast edition. This is the first episode of the NEW podcast format. People who have tuned in before may have noticed a higher episode and season number for the podcast. However, the podcast has just started on Spotify, and has changed format in many other places. To celebrate we have started again at episode 1 creating a fresh start for new listeners on other streaming services playlists. It seems traditional to do something over and over on Groundhog Day, because the famous movie Groundhog Day showed an actor doing things over and over. I was inspired to review a Vegetarian cookbook because I went to the store, and they were charging ten dollars for eggs. I took photo of the crime happening out in the open. “Natural Dollar Inflation” has nothing to do with charging this much for eggs. I was 105 pounds when I was a vegan Vegetarian s a teenager, and young adult. I went vegan and Vegetarian as some of my friends showed me films of horrible living conditions for farm animals around the world. Chicken farms have been protested about for a long time for their cages. Many brands slapping “cage free” on the eggs are just as bad for doing other cruel things, and were protested for years. Now they claim shock at how sick animals are getting as everyone told them disaster was going to happen! It made me want to eat Vegetarian again. In addition my New Year’s Resolution was to eat better, and to do fitness. Reading this book went a long with keeping y New Year’s Resolution to do fitness videos on the Sunny Health and Fitness app. I have not broken the resolution and am up to 900 fitness minutes badge on level 4. This week’s book”Vegetarian Ketogenic Cookbook For Beginners” is on I give 5 out of 5 stars to because it is quick and tasty. Keto diets have gotten ridiculed as some people ate nothing but bacon grease on them, and became unhealthy. Any diet keeps you from munching chips all day. Konjac noodles help diets, and the page 58 sesame Bok Choy Ramen is diet food heaven. Tune in next week for more book recommendations. YouTube Audio Podcast Links Spotify

  • School Placement

    School Placement

    By Andrea Menzies

I am so glad the hiring event I went to today confirmed I am able to get a school job placement in other towns. The night school program I am taking has jobs in far away towns on the border of Virginia and other states so I can get out of this horror toilet state for road trips on the weekends. All the Valentine’s Day store items make me hate Richmond more completely. I used to enjoy weekend dating when I was younger, but in Richmond, VA I have only met the most disgusting abusive human sewage I have ever seen in my life. The pathetic night life makes meeting people impossible. The loneliness of this pain pit is indescribable agony.

    Reading Delay

    By Andrea Menzies

This week’s podcast may be delayed as I am registering for night school to get certifications I need for more work hours in teaching jobs. My book recommendations may go from fun weekend fiction to University textbook commentary this month. Entertainment reading will take a backseat to night school class reading as I start new online classes. I have been working for years to get into the program so it should be interesting. In addition I needed many shots for COVID at Walgreens. I always reacted badly to shots in the past. After this hassle my posts will be on schedule once more.

Many thanks to my new podcast followers on YouTube this week. Love of good books is the last thing you can talk about on the Internet these days without friend and follower loss.

    Rights Books

    By Andrea Menzies

I may be obsessed with reading animal rights books because I will miss having a president agreeing with the cause in the White House. Wild biting shelter dogs never bit him. It is very scary how many social media owners were at the new president’s swear in. As more people are getting news from social media it screams of book burning level censorship. I am going to use Blue Sky and Tumblr more as they at least try to support women’s health care.

    Episode 9 Season 6 – Animal Stars

    By Andrea Menzies

Welcome to the Podcast Return of “Frozen History 7 Book Reviews” on WordPress. The last episode was in 2024. This week marks the return of reviews with Episode 9 of Season 6 – Animal Stars.

The TikTok ban made me return to doing a podcast. If people don’t point out real information about politics, books, and jobs is happening on the Internet all webpages will get banned. It is like blaming Turkeys for Thanksgiving to say controversial thinking is the fault of webpages that have that thinking published.

This is the 4 star review of the book by Marty Becker fully titled Animal Stars Behind the Scenes with Your Favorite Animal Actors. My uncle Jim Brockett has an interview in this amazing book on page 236 called “Diamonds Are a Big Cat’s Best Friend” talking about his many movies including Evan Almighty. There were dark days before animal trainers were put on movie sets where animal abuse sometimes went into films. The American Humane Association documents their battle fighting against animal cruelty in the book. I think the book is great, and I give it 4 out of 5 stars.
