Many thanks to my video game meet up group, student groups, and music friends I met for travel in Maryland this month. I play many MMO games with online chat including World of Warcraft, Adventure Quest, and Guild Wars. I am attending night school, and need extra homework books. In addition I go to concerts with online travel groups. I did each in Maryland, and used my many camping tents, lights, and batteries to save cash on hotels. The weather was too bad for travel for a while, but the ice melted a bit so I was still able to go at the end of the month. After every place in Virginia was horrifying and abusive to me I was very glad to find some better places to socialize with on weekends. In addition I have been going to many online night school classes, and the University campus libraries are far superior in Maryland which is how I made all A grades at Universities in 2025.
I am glad I didn’t go camping this weekend after all. For two seconds it was warm, and I wanted to travel. Yet the ice came back in a big way. Even with a huge jacket on I was cold. Here are some pictures of the car hood deep ice.
It is okay not to be a perfect person, and to try to live again. I may have had problems in the past, but I made all A grades in my accredited night school master’s degree program in 2025 so that counts for something.
My Facebook is now deleted. The real page for me at https://www.facebook.com/PoedaughterFH7/ is now on delete. I may reactivate it years from now if a friend dies, and I want to post RIP before deactivating it again. Facebook thinks the “real names” policy makes it easier for school friends to stay in touch, but if you ever had military men pointlessly try to abuse and harass you to death like I have it makes it SUPER easy for men who want to stalk and abuse women find them online and harass them. People who want to commit identity fraud can easily find your work, home, and school information, and use it to impersonate you. Going on vacation? Facebook helps people who want to rob you know when you will not be home to guard your stuff. Facebook used to claim it would be spam free, but now wants to sell expensive things every two seconds on marketplace and expensive and useless online dating. It is a shower of advertisements. Worst of all the Facebook founder Zucker-jerk is totally dumping funding into terrible politics. I have to at least try to lower the content that is driving the spam Olympics of Facebook. Many other people are so fed up with social media funding jerks that Livejournal has actually been getting traffic again, and there is a new social media refugee group on there. In addition Bluesky has dedicated itself to social media that protests the agenda of mainstream social media. People wonder where the money is coming from to fund the evil actions shown daily on TV, and every Facebook click creates user traffic that funds expensive advertising.
P.S. I know Instagram and X are just as bad in many ways, and I am cutting back on using them as well. Tumblr, BlueSky, Live journal, and WordPress are the only places I will post from now on if I have an update.
I made all passing grades at university night school class this semester. Today has had bad ups and downs, but it had the good news of passing grades for the semester in night school. I even got an A grade. I transferred out of the first grad school program I was in due to cost issues. The new school has been far better with prices and schedules. It gives me hope that more positive changes in my life are on the horizon after the cold and dark of Virginia’s disgusting nightmare experiences are over. I have only felt disappointments and agony in the truly horrible location of Virginia.
I told many people I was going to Maryland for a concert this weekend by train. Then a huge snow storm moved in, and I had to cancel. There is a big difference between trying to go somewhere on a sunny 40 degree weather day and traveling in a snow nightmare. This is reason number one million that I need a travel RV van for road trips as trains and hotels charge huge fees for cancellations. I hate Virginia with all my soul, and the dream of getting away from the nightmare place for a weekend was my only joy. Why did weather reports not show this storm sooner?
RIP to my friend named Ed that passed away this week. He was at my wedding before my divorce when I was younger. I tried to get enough money to visit him in Texas in the hospital, but my horrible teaching job would not pay me enough. Thing one million that makes me hate Virginia with all my soul.
I did not make up Captain Obvious it was a book character before it was an advertisement character. I used the character as I joked in one of my previous posts that it was obvious that men should NOT be violent, killing, and abusive to wives, and was unpleasantly shocked at how many abusive Internet troll men were publicly loving the idea of hurting women. This is how women end up single and divorced like myself abusive men are very real. Prejudice against women is very much so alive and well on the Internet I am sad to say. You men only made it easier to know what people to put on user-block.
I spent the night in a Maryland death hotel. I am moving to Maryland in the next couple of years, and was staying in a Days Inn hotel in Laurel, MD while seeing tourist sites, music band nights, and working on the moving paperwork. Recently Baltimore Soundstage had the Sisters of Mercy play so I like the area’s incredible music scene. (I have seen many other great bands there, this one just made it clearly the best music scene.) Currently Maryland hotels require a hundred dollars in deposit money BEFORE you even pay for the nightly fees. Many webpages on Expedia and other booking sites mentioned NOTHING about the fees making check-in hours longer and more of a hassle than I had expected. This is very dangerous as some exhausted travelers may not be able to pay fees, and may fall asleep at the wheel. Then as I went to my room the hallway was covered in crime scene tape! I heard gun shots in the night! Then the lobby was covered in fire trucks, cops, and ambulances in the morning for check out. Another murder had happened in the night where a husband killed the wife as she was staying with another man! Here is your community service message from Captain Obvious: “Dear men getting dumped: killing the female only destroys your life more!” If the bullets hit bystanders it is a worse problem. You were dating you don’t own her like a car. What the heck is happening at Maryland hotels that they are charging huge deposits, and are covered in murder tape non-stop? I wanted a holiday adventure, but not a disaster. Fortunately I was not hit by bullets, but I did not sleep great. However the room was pretty cutely decorated in my review I give it three stars because it truly tries not to be a murder nightmare. Sadly Virginia has been an even more disgusting horrifying nightmare than the murder hotel so I still liked Maryland better as Baltimore Soundstage recently had an amazing Sister’s of Mercy show, constantly books other great shows, and Virginia had nothing at all.
