Happy New Year to All! Black-eye pease stew for New Year’s Day! Sooooo good! Making a vegtable soup to go with the black-eyed pease takes some of the bitter flavor out for a more savory meal. I made this with Anne before the weekend. I am sure to be eating it all week.
