I just biked to win my first Conqueror Challenge Metal. It was a virtual race of DC over 30 miles long I logged online, and also it was a fun history tour. I will always keep it on my wall. Another fun was to celebrate National Bike Month.

Happy Mother’s Day 2024 to all the women working the lifetime full time job of motherhood. I gave gifts to my mom Anne. My daughter bought me a table packed with chocolate and crepe fruits so sometimes being a single mother is worthwhile.

Zizzo Magnetic Trainer is the best fitness product on Amazon in my opinion as a reviewer. I tried more than a few, and they did NOT get my heart rate up. For real fitness to happen you have to get the target heart rate of a person in range over 115. Many things are calling themselves fitness products that do NOT do this at all, but thankfully Zizzo Bike Trainer is the real deal.
In addition I have tried many cheap bike trainers that were huge and loud. The small folding Zizzo bike when used with the Zizzo trainer is small and quiet. On a pretty day when you feel like using a bike the small Zizzo bike can go to the park without even needing a bike rack for your car. On weeks with lots of rain the Zizzo can still be used at the house for a good workout at target heart rate range mixed with plenty of sweat. The Jacfit fitness game has a good heart rate monitor on it, and that fits perfectly on the Zizzo bike with a trainer. It takes up less space than bikes with trainers I used in my room in the past, and is a joy to use in comparison. Peloton charges a thousand dollars a bike for a good home group workout experience, and Jacfit mixed with Zizzo do it for a $30 installment payment price tag. I am glad I found a quality product and experience that does not break the bank as every gym I have tried in Virginia has been a horrifying money pit rip off. #Nationalbikemonth, #bike, #bikelife

I just won an award for completing a Yes.Fit challenge! It was Pirate Plunder, and I am sure I will love wearing the Pirate shirt that brags I completed a 26 mile journey online. As a long-term Fitbit user I liked counting steps and bike pedals, but disliked finishing the apps normal games. I am not alone, and many users like adding Yes.Fit and other online races where you are chased by other Fitbit users, pirates, werewolves, and thousands of creatures as you count steps, or move the counter to your foot for bike trips. You can even use Google fit on your phone if you don’t have a step counter.

Why oh why have I not learned the gigantic now hiring signs lead to the worst hellish jobs due to management issues? I have been struggling to find extra Summer work. I thought I was the most bitter worker in Virginia until I learned there was a Hell’s Pizza, and they were cited for HR violations. The best part is the 333 kids menu. Their pizza may be Hellish spicy, but it also looks tasty as sin. One of the most tricky things about job hunting is the help wanted signs and posts often do NOT match the job. The most giant help wanted signs often are on the jobs that have the worst and most hellish management issues. Sadly I recently encountered one of those jobs, but at least I discovered my mistake before things got too horrible.
