  • KOOP Radio With Provision

    I had a great time last night at the 91.7 KOOP radio benefit concert at Elysium Austin Club with the band Provision. Technically SXSW Music Festival was cancelled this week for the first time in its 34 year history. However I still met up with friends and had a great time in streets super packed for SXSW! I heard from workers at the shows that venues just rebooked most of the acts on a smaller scale. If anything the “unofficial” status just made things cheaper and more fun! Most of the free activities have also not been canceled at SXSW.com/free

  • Made it to Austin

    I made it to Austin, TX and am staying with friends. What do people in their late 30s and early 40s like me and my friends do for fun? Play video games and play with Yoda dolls of course. I am age 40 going on age 4 as of today.

  • Local Hangout

    Local hangout “The Saint” New Orleans.

  • Leaving Tonight

    Many thanks to my friends and family helping me out of a horrible situation. I got two tickets to paradise, and I packed my bags and I leave tonight! I will be sofa surfing with friends in New Orleans, LA and Austin, TX this week.

  • SXSW Not Stopped

    SXSW Festival has not been stopped this year. Free food and drinks before and after the main events is more my speed.

  • Alexandria and I

    Alexandria and I are at Black Forest Haus for my mom’s birthday dinner. Alexandria is wearing the glasses.

  • Euphoria Packing

    With great euphoria I am packing for my next trip to Texas in a few more days. Sorry that meeting NOTHING but human sewage in the Richmond, VA dating scene made it mandatory. Fortunately last time I was in Texas my life was non-stop dating fun. At least there is fun dating and socializing to be had somewhere. Also I have actor and musician friends who need help with projects for SXSW Music Fest starting March 8th so there is temp work with that in addition.

  • Pinball at Circuit

    My first set of selfies with my new camera at Circuit Arcade. I used no filter, but that means they turned out super yellow. Still trying to stop that from happening. I had a good night, but at the end one of my friends told me another friend committed suicide. A big downer right at the end.

  • Supernatural New Orleans

    This actor from the Supernatural show was under the door of Gris-Gris in New Orleans today. That was my most loved Pokémon Go stop when I visited in in December of 2019. This messes with my head. I was just there! Then he went to Half Moon, and that was my next Pokémon stop. I am now convinced he is a Pokémon Go fan. I would go visit my New Orleans friends more for Mardi Gras, but fleecing tourists turns from art to science at this time of year. It is pricey.
