  • Mini RV Cancel

    I have a mini RV, but the hitch rusted apart and broke. This has cancelled my New Orleans travel for October. Next time I will just get a hotel, or plan to sleep in a sleeping bag in my car. I wanted to carry more stuff, and have more room when traveling. I thought I could travel more often, and longer, and not needing hotels in an RV. The RV has been an epic money pit, and it was eating my travel money. If I had taken the payment money for the RV and put it in a travel account it would have done twice as well. The rust bucket has destroyed my October as I did not go to many concerts I wanted to see locally as I was purchasing supplies for the RV. Then it rusted over and broke when I tried to use it today! It sucked! I am selling it off this time for sure!

    I am not injured, but the school I was working at had a real gun lock down today. I thought it was a drill as there are so many yet the guns were real. Teaching is somewhat simple and nice until it really is not in scary ways.

  • Travel to 1970

    It was scary watching the vice presidential debate part where they tried to blame illegal aliens for housing prices. It reminds me of this joke on housing prices. No candidate blamed greedy house realtors, construction, or greedy land sales policies welcome to capitalism. Instead they victim-blame buyers for being bad at budgeting for ever buying fancy brunch or lunch.

  • Tall Boots

    I hurt my ankle badly on the job last week, and it is my new plan to wear tall boots at work. Several online articles agree that tall boots provide better ankle support and prevent sprains better than low top shoes, and I have the ankles that need them. I had already bought tall work boots yet was going to wait until winter to wear them. I will sweat all summer to avoid a repeat on ankle crap. I could not do one tenth of the fun things I had planned for the weekend as ankle pain got in the way. I even got offered free concert tickets from online chat friends, and ankle pain mixed with hail and flooding got in the way of going there.

    Not only did a death in the family happen to me this week, but two of my school friends died as well. The pandemic is over yet MORE people are passing on in my life how is that happening? If you don’t laugh you cry.

  • Horrible News

    I got horrible news today my sister’s ex-husband Richard passed on last night. He was a gifted honor student, comic book collector, and worked at World of Warcraft as a game master in Austin, TX. He was the father of two sons. He was like a Big Bang cast member in real life. He even got me a Summer job at World of Warcraft, and we used to laugh and joke as we drove to work together in Austin. Virginia is a human sewage torture pit garbage toilet, and it has done nothing but torture my family. Something has to trigger depression of the level that killed him, and the state being a horrible place to live has exaggerated the triggers badly. The state moto of the area is “Virginia is for lovers” but my love life has never been worse in this place which I hate. The economy being destroyed by the pandemic, and people having health issues as they get older has caused massive amounts of deaths in my family and friend groups online. It is the sunset of joy in the nightmare world of Virginia this week most of all.

  • Airport Return

    Thousands of flights were cancelled due to a national computer crash, and my mom’s flight to California was one. She saved up all year to see her grandkids special birthday parties in California and Washington. She was going to be gone until Monday, but she had to come back days early due to an emergency flight rescheduling. She has to skip many activities. I had to watch her dogs, and my gosh I have never seen tiny dogs poop so much. We have no cats, and are not cat ladies. I will be glad to give her that responsibility back quickly today.
