    When you date guys from the music underground. I first posted this joke in 2015, and it is still true because dating in Virginia is a nightmare. However if I am your Uber driver and you grab my hand, boobs, or arm without permission I will call the cops. Just because I am single does not mean I will put up with EVERYTHING. I am your driver not your blow-up doll.

    I am going to have to miss the rock show I was going to downtown Wednesday. I am too busy with paperwork on the new job. When you have time you have no money, and when you have money you have no time!

    Digging up my University transcripts and diploma for my job start Tuesday. Degrees do come in handy when job hunting.

  • Day Job

    I start my new day job which uses my University degree Tuesday. They say money isn’t everything, but just try living without it. Art does not pay the bills in modern day without a government day job backing it up.

    Alexandria gets off the airplane in California downtown LA. On her way to Ventura, California.

  • Air Today

    Due to being an honors student all year Alexandria leaves to LA to go to Universal studios today. Many thanks to her Aunt and Grandma for paying for the trip! She should love it!

  • Austin visit and Interview with Steve Hall 2018

    I was traveling in my old hometown of Austin, TX in 2018 doing promotion for my latest podcast episodes and published books. I managed to run into my old school friend Steve Hall, and to get an interview. We still remain friends to this day.

    Steve says that he enjoys working with computers, and uses them daily in his office job in home security sales. Steve lives in the United States now, but was originally born overseas in China. This is a fact that contributes to his love of Bruce Lee movies. I am the girl in the right of the photo below with Steve. Steve has done DJ work with many kinds of retro 80s, Synthpop, and electronic music in many cities, but Seattle and Austin are his top favorites. Steve enjoys travel, and goes to yearly Ren-fests in the Texas region. Despite loving night life greatly, he is also a devoted family man, and is single father to a young daughter he watches on weekends. Steve has a large collectable toy, music, and book collection in his house, and his tastes in music are heavily influenced by his love of fiction and Sci Fi books including HR Giger’s Aliens.

  • 2019 Epstein Case

    The Epstein case is not just scary in that it ended in death. It shows a widespread cultural reluctance in the American criminal justice system to consider abused women and children as a “real” crime. Consider the timeline of the case shown in this link by Global News. People were complaining in court as far back as the year 2000 and very little happened. The article goes on to say “Court documents allege that Epstein abused “a vast network” of girls at his homes in Miami, New York and elsewhere.” He was a rich and good looking guy, and he could have easily had a nice wife doing anything he asked. However he liked manipulating and abusing the poor, young, and powerless. If he is allowed to do all this what hope do we have that lesser crimes will get any justice? I can personally verify it is very triggering of trauma reactions to females who have survived abusive behavior to see this news. https://globalnews.ca/news/5750853/jeffrey-epstein-case-timeline/

  • 2019 Home Sick

    I am still feeling waves of homesickness for places I have lived before. With better jobs I can have enough holiday travel to get homesickness out of my system in a more healthy way. It is high on my list of activity for the week. They say money isn’t everything, but just try living without it and you will see otherwise.
