I always dislike the Daylight Savings time of the year. It made sense back in farming times to save lamp oil. However what REAL use is it in modern times?

This time of year always makes me miss New Orleans. After going to University there for years It gets in your blood. In some ways the Mardi Gras after parties for the locals were better in comparison to the shows for the tourists.

Bad News

The good news is I got to work in a new school room today. The bad news is a water pipe exploded above my head at night right before I had to work. It Soaked my bed and alarm clock area. A rude awakening. Then strangers got to paw my stuff all day as I could not supervise what they were doing in my room. Wild. It was a stressful work-return week, but I was happy to be back.
