Too true! Amazing in a sad way how we in the USA missed the boat on this issue. Saying you are against this is a good way of finding out how fast I can delete your comments, put you on user block, and never talk to your woman-abusing face again. This happened to me earlier today on Facebook.

Movie script writer, book writer, and guitarist Edward Santiago granted me an interview on my last trip to Austin, TX for Halloween of 2019. I am the girl on his right in the photo below. We used to work together at Blizzard Entertainment in Austin doing game master help desk work for World of Warcraft. (I did this in the summer as temp work when I was not teaching.) He says it was hard work earning a number of degrees in writing for film, but worth it to teach students about writing in Austin, TX. He says he enjoys writing dramatic work, but fiction has captured his heart for entertainment writing. He says he has a large collection of fiction books, fiction book art prints, video game posters, and video games which my photos of his apartment verify. He says practices guitar regularly, but script writing is his main creative outlet.

No visit to New Orleans at Halloween is complete without a quick graveyard tour. The graves are amazing because the swamp makes it hard to put coffins underground, and so bodies are placed in above ground tombs covered in famous statues. I ran into many old friends on my last trip to Austin, TX in 2018. One I had missed from the early 2000s was Darren Quintionson.
Darren is a music fan and promoter of the music venue The Elysium in Austin, TX. He says that he has traveled the world seeing shows since the early 2000s, including the Middle East and Europe. His favorite types of music include retro 80s, Metal, Black Metal, Synthpop, and electronic. He loves Austin, TX yet was originally from the San Antonio, TX area. He has written poetry for years, given many live poetry readings, and even regularly posted his poems to Livejournal in the early 2000s. His taste in music is greatly influenced by a love of fiction and sci-fi books and movies like HR Giger’s Aliens. He collects books, and is still a very active reader to this day.

My bank account got hacked, and I had to leave early this trip to solve the account issues. However I had an amazing time! It was completely everything I wanted the journey to be! Better dating, great photos, and AMAZING food from HEAVEN. I realized that something my life is badly missing is MORE trips to New Orleans! It helps me feel less depressed and trapped in Virginia to know that I can LEAVE it some days. Since I have been working my last couple of jobs for over a year I have been able to improve my car access so I am going to carpool to the area more often in the next few years. A famous Armstrong song is titled “Do you know what it means to Miss New Orleans” and I fully understand the song now. Nothing and no-other-thing is a New Orleans Halloween, and I am sorry I have skipped it for a while. In this photo I am getting the daily Newspaper New Orleans style. It has been a while since I purchased the New Orleans newspaper. This paper was next to the Trolley Stop restaurant which is newly renovated. In fact it was on a TV show with Gordon Ramsey that is rather infamous. My friend @zorak303 showed me the video on his TV at his place. This was sad because it used to be a very thrifty place for students to eat, but is now far more pricey. The dance night was great at this New Orleans gem. I ran into many old friends on Halloween night because I used to live for years in this area going to Loyola University. I walked back in fourth in this area to many music venues despite the cold rain. In addition to seeing old friends I met some new ones.
